PROCEDURE:

  • First take a bowl and add the minced meat inside (we recommend around 75% beef and 25% mixed pork such as belly, shoulder or thigh).
  • Chop the onion finely and add it to the meat. Then add the egg, the breadcrumbs and finally the salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients.
  • With your hands, form rather flat and wide meatballs which will then be wrapped in kitchen film, letting them rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Cook the hamburgers on a non-stick grill : they must be well cooked on the outside and on the inside 9; inside of rosy colour. Finish cooking in the oven at 160° placing the ceddar slices on top and letting them cook for a couple of minutes until cooked through. the cheese will not be; loose. in the meantime, heat the bread in the oven as well
  • Brown the bacon slices on a plate and separately cut the tomato into slices and the onion into rings.
  • Spread the sauce of your choice on the top of the bread. Place the hamburger on the underside of the bread by adding the lettuce, tomato, bacon and onion on top.
  • Close the sandwich and savor it while still hot!

Bon Appetit!
